Members of the Public Comments:

As there are several Councillors on holiday, the Agenda has been limited to essential items only. All parishioners have been informed which explains the lack of attendance.

Meeting resumed at 7.35pm

2.1Planning

Application No: 2016/1161/HSE Double garage at Wyndham, Trudoxhill. This was discussed and those Cllr’s absent had sent comments to PT. There was concern that the white render was too stark and CG pointed out that the information on the application was incorrect as it stated that the garage would be finished to match the house. Wyndham has had the render removed and it was felt that a stone facing would be much more in keeping with the surroundings. The new development uses mainly stone, with some stone coloured render, and if the garage was finished in a similar way, it would be more appropriate. A decision was taken to Refer to the Planning Officer. Clerk asked to send detailed comments to MDC by 10th June.

Application No: 2016/0620/FUL MDC had Refused Planning Permission for the proposed agricultural barn at Bunns Lane.

App No: 2016/0734/LBC MDC- Granted Permission for the alteration to the cellar at Marston House.
